   Had something delivered to my house but truck couldn’t get in the driveway because it is a little overgrown up top in the truck wouldn’t clear it left a message for me twice on the phone to come pick it up and I did and they brought it to me within minutes from the time I got to the gate and I don’t know that I was there. Thank you all and I appreciate you making sure I got my package on time.

   Piss Poor service is an understatement. Independent carrier services was provided or contracted (via Amazon) and I never received my package on the promised same day delivery. Not only did I not receive the package I wasn’t even made aware of the non delivery or as trackage package statement says attempt failed now many would address the attempt as oh the weather was bad, or no one was home for delivery however, I was told that the driver/carrier entered the address on their GPS and was not able to locate my home. UMMM ok so through GPS search engine you decided not to attempt delivery. Had the carrier actually physically drove to the location they would have seen the newly constructed property and not relied on GPS search engine! Piss Poor Service, in not following up on the failed attempt delivery or contacting Amazon or me to confirm the address was correct. Oh yeah will my package be delivered as promised? Yup 2 days later and AFTER the item is needed and well after I called to find out why it still hasn’t been delivered as promised!!! Thanks but NO THANKS for the service.

   I mail packages from this post office a couple of times a week. They are very friendly and efficient. They go out of their way if a package that is being shipped to me goes astray. They even show me exactly where the package is and where the problem is. We as consumers can not see the details that they can see through tracking. I give them a five star rating!!

   This post office is great to do business with. The workers are always friendly & helpful. Seems when I go to a different one, I always get the runaround from rude workers.

   Terrible customer service. If you do not know how to speak to people you should not be working in customer service. There is a way to talk to people and he doesn’t know how to. I see why they have a 2.3 rating
