    Mike Stokes and Harlos were AMAZING!! I was dreading having to deal with movers again but they were SUPER professional, friendly, punctual and extremely fast! They helped me move from 2nd floor to 2nd floor. My stuff was well protected & they had great attitudes! Will definitely recommend them to others!

    They’re helpful until they’ve broke furniture and refuse to replace or fix it. Let me preface with the fact that I’ve used moving companies on 4 separate occasions. 2 of them moving across country, and I understand there can be hiccups or things break along the way. With each different company, they’ve replaced the few things damaged with no question (there isn’t always damage). The reason for only one star for these guys is the fact that I had a very straightforward conversation with the driver of the truck, asking if anything is damaged if they’ll replace it and who to contact. He said there shouldn’t be anything broken, but to let them know so they can take care of it and not to worry. I’m now texting about my daughters dresser that got broken during the move which makes the bottom drawer unusable. The customer service is dismissive, and they’re saying it’s particleboard and they’re not liable. “The owner will reach out to you”. He or she hasn’t. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised they’re so dismissive now considering he was dismissive to the other workers when they were just trying to do a good and more thorough job.

    This is the best post office in the area, I love the lady who works in the office she is always nice and very professional. I look forward to picking up packages or needing to ship something. The one star guy must have had a bad day as I am two businesses away from this post office and have never had a less than pleasant experience.
