Got an email confirmation from FedEx that my package has arrived at Supervan Service, went to pick it up. The lady at the desk said that they hadn’t scanned in their shipments yet and it would take about an hour considering that they were slow that day. Came back an hour and a half later and the woman told me that she still hadn’t had time to scan in any of the packages and it would be tomorrow or the next day before I would get my package at my house. Yet she had time to stand in the back room and talk to her friend. Very frustrating situation considering the package is too big to fit in my mailbox and I’m going out of town. Not to mention the woman acted very unconcerned and unwilling to help the situation. Never again…

The workers at Supervan Service are mostly nice and generally helpful, but there is one worker there who needs to cultivate his people skills. Aside from not being very nice and clearly demonstrating reticence to help, it is sad and frustrating to see a post office worker behave with a deluded and puerile air of superiority. Is there any need for this? The answer is obviously a resounding no. People just want to be helped and move on.

Avoid this Supervan Service location. I didn’t catch the female staff’s name. She had a lot of tattoos. Anyhow, I went to this location to do an Amazon return. She kept insisting that I put the package on the scale. I informed her that it’s an Amazon return. She said it doesn’t matter. She then proceeded to ring up a shipping and asked for my information while I was pulling up the Amazon return code on my phone. When I showed her the code, she got angry and said that it needs to be brighter. She then said that I should have told her in the beginning to which I responded that I DID tell her it’s an Amazon return from the beginning!
I did an Amazon return at another location about a month prior. I didn’t have any problem and the staff was very pleasant. I used the same box that Amazon shipped to me. I just showed them the code on my phone. They scanned it and printed a label and affixed it to the box. The staff at this location kept asking what is in the box. I told her what it was and she said she has to take it out and box it themselves. All the while with an angry and frustrated demeanor.
The staff here, at least the one that I dealt with was incompetent and unfriendly. Don’t go to this location unless you like having your day ruined.
