    I’ve worked retail and customer service so I generally know what to expect being on either end of the phone. The customer service here is not worth the hassle if you can avoid it. Employees are rude and disrespectful.

    Extremely poor customer service. Quoted $230 to overnight ship a package in a FedEx box that weighed probably 5 lbs or less
    When I asked about the cost of getting the package there later, the man working there made it clear what an inconvenience this was, would not actually look at the price of ground shipping, and told me I would have to go buy a different box across town because I couldn’t ground ship in the air box I had. Went to UPS instead, was over $100 cheaper, no issue about the box I already had. Will never go back to this bizarre store.
