   After the seller shipped my package, I expected it to be delivered within 2 days, as always. Maybe 3 days. After 6 days (!!!) I checked the tracking number and saw the status DELIVERY COULD NOT BE COMPLETED – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED. I called the number and confirmed the exact information they already had on the package. Now they promised to redeliver it withing ANOTHER TWO DAYS. They were supposed to deliver the package today. I was checking the front door every 10 minutes since 5 pm. Also, was checking the status updates. At 7 pm suddenly showed the new status that at 6pm (!!!) the package was delivered. I immediately wrote on their tracking page and called to inform LaserShip that there was a mistake and the package was NOT delivered. I explained how I watched the door, and that nobody came even close to my house. On the phone the rep told me that It seems to him that the driver reversed the numbers, and delivered my package to the wrong street. Promised to call Miami office and have them return the driver and have the package redelivered. 10 minutes later I received this email from him Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have stated the package was not received. I contacted the delivery center in Miami and they have completed an investigation. All data indicates the package was correctly delivered, but if the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist. I was speechless. Of course I contacted the seller and they sent me a duplicate order overnight (Vitacost rocks). But please, if you care about your company’s reputation, DO NOT USE LASERSHIP. Not only they hire incompetent employees. They are also liars… Sadly.

   I found three random packages in the middle of my road that were addressed to three different addresses. Tried to call customer service and after 30 minutes. I gave up. Luckily, each place was within 30 minutes of my hone so I delivered based on address on package. Totally unprofessional delivery service. I would never intentionally use this company based on this experience.

   Really wonderful service. It was a hot day and the move included two buildings, each with three flights of stairs. The company called an hour before arrival, worked quickly and tirelessly and made a difficult move very comfortable for me. Would recommend!!

   This store sucks! The last two days I have tried to pick up a package, the line has been out the door. Service is awful. It should not take over 20 minutes to pick up a package
