Rude service. Lady behind the counter would not serve me because I would not pay her up sell. Even worse, it was because they damaged the box I was returning. So not use FedEx. Ever.
I live in a community that has a row of mail boxes all together on one side, which I can’t see from my house. Therefore, in most cases that I have ordered something through USPS the driver has very kindly brought my post to my house. I have always thought that this was the way the delivery’s worked until today. I have been waiting for a package to come in since Thursday and have yet to receive it, so I decided to try tracking it. Much to my surprise, the order was reporting that it had been delivered on Friday. I called the Porter post office numerous times throughout the day receiving nothing but a busy signal, until finally at 4:00, I was able to get through. Once I expressed my concern, the new employee, informed me that once they leave it, it’s out of their hands. So, in closing , it appears that my package has been left at a community mail box that I again can’not even see from my house. I hope this is settled soon.
Our mailboxes are broken, and so the apartment complex said our mail is being held here and to pick up mail promptly, because they don’t have room. Wouldn’t they have a better system, than just one person handling the pick up line? Every time I’m here, it’s an hour plus wait. And the people in general here are particularly rude. It’s just a poorly run office.
