    Good afternoon. I just got my order today. Item No. 2290773 (Brother PTouch PTH110 Portable/PTH110
    The item purchased cost P29.99 per the shipment /order form less 10.00 COUPON CREDIT. Hence I understand
    I will be charged US$19.99 only.

    My question is: I was charged on my credit card $55.40 for the product ++ or a total of $ 65.76. How will the difference be
    credited to my account?

    Hi, I’m wondering if there’s a way to track a package I sent out from staples on 01/03/22 from UPS. I think the receipt has been tossed and the package is not received yet by the party. I have a subscription card that I did use to sign up for the deals and I used a visa so I’m praying it can be found.

    can I get an update or return if needed. If so I’d fully appreciate the help and leave awesome feedback with no problem. Thank you

    I won’t order anything online from places that use Staples as my carrier is incompetent. I was waiting for an item, checking tracking, it said my item was delivered. I asked the carrier and he said he would check into it. Days later a neighbor brought my package to my door. They have the same house number but live on a different street. Another error he makes weekly is to deliver my mail to another house on the same street. At least I get to meet my neighbors and chat while we exchange mail. He is often talking on his phone or texting while he delivers the mail. The latest issue is a loan payment that was sent to the wrong house. Now my credit score is in danger.

    I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service from Staples. My delivery was delayed, the customer care was unprofessional and I was charged much more than what my so called estimate was. My package included disassembly and reassembly of the furniture, however they refused to assemble my stuff at delivery and kept asking for more cash. The manager was not picking up my calls although was continuously in conversation with the delivery person. The delivery person was very rude and unprofessional, used threatening phrases like you don’t want to get in trouble.” I don’t know how this is even a registered company.”

    The best moving experience I’ve ever had with Staples! The two gentlemen they sent worked hard and were very polite and efficient. Their prices are beyond affordable compared to their competition and the next time I move I will be definitely giving these guys a call. Thanks for the amazing service! Good job!
