   If you want a lecture on the reasons why you should say excuse me before daring to ask one of the Post Office employees for a pen, then this is definitely the place for you.
   I needed to put my gifts in a small box and fill out the shipping label before I could make my transaction. In doing so, I needed a pen because there were none on the counters (that customers use to fill out forms). I went to one of the workers (who was with a customer) and said, Do you have a pen? She stopped everything she was doing, put the customer’s transaction on hold and made them wait while she told how I needed to say excuse me while she’s with a customer – thus wasting the customer’s time.
   After I took the sacred pen from the clutches of her cold, dead hands, I finished filling out the shipping label and returned her pen on her counter. However she again stopped everything she was doing with her current customer and requested that I personally hand her the pen. The customer tried to hand it to her, but she made him put it down on the counter so that the pen that went from my hand to her hand should go from her hand to my hand. I informed her that there were no pens available on the counter, you know, which would be better the experience of the customer so they don’t have to endure lectures by asking for help. She then continued to lecture me on the goodness of manners as I stood there and ignored her.
   I feel bad for the person she was helping because the whole pen fiasco took up probably 70% of their interaction with her (she complained about me to them) and the time they had to spend at the post office – AKA the depths of hell.

   1st time moving experience with Einstein, and they did a excellent job! Trey and Mike are the best!!!! They called prior to check on me,and show up on time!!! Took care of my stuff, also well protected my landlord’s door, floor… true professionals! Reasonable price, quick, efficient and reliable! Their price may not to cheapest, but it’s totally worth it!!! High recommend!!! Thanks again.

   Awesome! Super fast and super easy! I’m in and out in less than 5 mins. Plus, they are so wonderful to my son who seems to wreak havoc everywhere!

   the worst customer service from the guy at the counter. I had to go there because my package could not be delivered yesterday 07/05 because of incomplete address the guy did not even look at my document just said it was sent back.
   Thankfully there was a very nice lady at the pickup window and in less that 1 minute she brought me my package the 5 stars are for her the guy needs to be put to clean out the mail trucks away from people.
