    Emailed SRT Courier for a quote, received reply with insurance info less the quote which I responded and got the rudest response with no apology as it was their error for not sending in the first place; but easier to blame the client for not being able to use the computer. Lost my business due to lack of empathy and plain simple customer service. Thanks Kent! Two stars.

    Art at SRT Courier was very responsive leading up to our move and that’s when things went sideways. We were given an ETA of 1:30-2:30. At 3:05 I contacted Art for a status update and was told that there was a call out and moves were delayed for the day. At approximately 4:45 one mover arrived on site and was waiting for a second mover to become available. Finally between 5:30 and 5:45 2 additional movers arrived to complete our move. The movers loaded the truck but were unable to disassemble our main bed frame. Little did I know at the time, our second bed frame was not loaded onto the truck, nor was our box spring. At the completion of our move, I found several boxes stacked onto a moving cart that belongs to our apartment complex (which promptly fell and mildly injured me), box spring, bed frame, and several lamps left in our old apartment. In the short move (approximately 100 yards), our tv stand was scratched and the handle of our bar cart ripped off. When I gave feedback to Art on the unmoved items and damages, I received no response. I allowed 3 business days (today is the end of business day 4) and did not receive a response. I was wary of paying for a move in advance, but this company was highly recommended to me by a friend. I would not recommend using this company unless major changes are made. The movers did not have any sort of furniture covers or blankets to protect belongings. I have used other moving companies in the past and know that this experience is not a typical moving experience and I have never had issues like this in the past.

    These guys at SRT Courier were efficient, professional, and kind. They were the only moving company in the area that was willing to help get our large couch into our second floor apartment that has particularly small doorways.
    They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before they left. I would definitely recommend to others in the process of moving.
