Great place, customer service at SRS TRAVELS is very good. I gave 3-star because they are not prompt with their opening time. I have been there a couple of times and the store is always about 15 to 20 minutes late with their openings.
This company SRS TRAVELS posted an ad on Craigslist looking for drivers and to come in person to fill out an application. I went in the next day to fill out the application, which was a 45 minute drive and they said they had no positions available. They completely wasted my time and gas. Also, the warehouse is extremely dirty and unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.
I’ve used SRS TRAVELS several times and I will never go back. Same experience every time. The older gentleman, which I assume is the owner, always seems inconvenienced when you walk in. Very bad customer service, rude, condescending and gets an attitude if you need anything like a sharpie to write on the label or a shipping quote before committing to the outrageously high shipping charges and if you would like a hello, have a nice day or god forbid a thank you….good luck with that. There is a UPS store in the Publix complex on the island and they are very nice and helpful. I suggest going there.
We had A great experience with SRS Travels! On the move day, They came on time, Were super professional with wrapping everything, uninstalling furniture, and loading our boxes super carefully! When we got to the new house, they spread floor mattresses so they would not mass the floor. Highly recommend! Great experience, Great customer service!
