This is for Purolator in general. Not this specific location.
Purolator app is useless. Has no functionality other than track a package. I am expecting a package and decided due to access issues I would change it to hold for pickup instead of trying to deliver. Called 8am. Was told the message was sent to driver. Called AR 12 noon to double check. Was told again driver was paged already. At 1:11pm I got notification attempted delivery failed. Called again and got lots of I’m sorry’s and that the driver should have left a notice of where it is and when I can pick up. No notice was left.
I have to call again and wait on hold for 30+ mins and hope they know where it is.
I’ve dealt with FedEx, UPS, and even Canada post is easier to deal with, though wait times on hold with Canada post aren’t great either.
I will never willingly deal with Purolator again and will insist any packages I’m having delivered are NOT PUROLATOR! And I will be letting others know of the problems faced with them. In the UPS app you can handle just about anything you need including changing delivery address or making hold for pickup etc. Full featured. Purolator is lagging so far behind its pathetic. So in my opinion
STAY AWAY FROM PUROLATOR. GO WITH ANY OTHER CARRIER. I WOULD SUGGEST UPS as I’ve had the best experiences with them. But again this is my opinion.
