    The whole team is always friendly, nice and polite. They are always on time, work very fast than the other removals, help with all your packings, have boxes and some protection fabrics for delicate and fragile items eg computers and TVs.     Horrible customer service. Went to mail a card. Wasn’t even greeted. My card was flung on the desk like it was garbage and he spoke to me as if I was dirt. I am disgusted. Chad should learn how to treat customers. If you don’t like your job please leave. Hope your employers know that you are costing them business, I will never return at this location.

    10/10 do NOT recommend. One star is for the one person that showed up. We scheduled our move about a month in advance and were assigned 4 movers. We received several emails on how to be prepared so we set up child care, pet care, wrapped and labeled all of our belongings so our move could be handled as smoothly as possible. The morning of our move one mover showed up with the truck and we noticed he was staying in his car. We thought it was because it wasn’t quite time yet so my husband let him know we were ready whenever he was. He explained that he was waiting on two other movers. Right then is when we started to get nervous as we were down from four movers to three. About 20 minutes passed and he let us know he could not complete our move because he was unable to get a team together and the office would be calling to reschedule. An hour passed and I did not receive a call so I let the team lead know and he reached out to the office again. Another 30 minutes passed and still no phone call so I called and asked to speak with a manager to reschedule for the afternoon spot. I was told they would do their best and call back in an hour. Again, no call was received so I reached out and finally got a call back saying they would not be able to do it and would be processing the refund. They were very unapologetic and when I asked if anything would be done they insinuated that refunding my money was sufficient. I explained to them that was not sufficient as I selected the move out Date for a reason and now my child care and pet care is for no reason not to mention I still have to find new movers. I advised a refund is required as i paid for a service I did not receive. Finally I was told they would send this to management and they would be in touch by Monday. Again, I have yet to hear from them and it is now Friday. I am so disappointed in the amount of stress they have caused and the poor customer service.
