   WHERE do I pick up my parcel in Stockholm, Sweden ?

   WHO’S the carrier in Sweden, for me to contact ?

   I ordered 1 small item from DVD Store (Amazon Spain) and they used SPRING as
   a carrier, and then PostNL.

   You for some strange reason refuses to provide this information anywhere. Absolute chaos at your end

   Tracking informs me that my package is ready for pickup. It went out for delivery yesterday morning, but no mail was delivered on a Thursday. Nobody in the entire neighborhood got any mail yesterday. So today, I have to risk being late for work to pick up a package that I paid to have delivered.

   Visited store and female with not the best attitude said she could not cash a US Postal Service money order. If USPS provides this service of a relative that is sending you something through mail and paid for the service all post offices should have something in their till to satisfy customers who are the ones that pay. This African American employee in a disrespectful way said that I should deposit it or use checks. For a money order to clear a bank wait time is usually 3 business days and I can’t control how money is sent to me by a relative. Mocking customers will not help USPS’s deteriorating image. I will visit another USPS. Management should take action. This visit was 12/22/2020 at 9:15 am.

   A lot of my furniture was broken and badly damaged. Boxes were missing. 4 boxes in total. The leg on my coffee table broken off the base. The leg on my dresser completely bent and broken. My armour had a huge hole in the top as if a big beam or pole went directly through it. Also, they said their truck broke down and they were a week late. Think twice before using this company.

   These two were awesome. Jessie M. And Randy R. Saved me from certain despair. They came and cleaned up an awful mess that previous movers left me holding. They were so sweet and so nice and so patient. I am going to beg for them to do my long distance move next month. Yay!
