Good afternoon, I am writing to you because I do not have the tracking number for the order.
Good afternoon, I am writing to you because I do not have the tracking number for the order. The order comes from Cyprus to the island of Margarita, Venezuela. I want to know if they are responsible for reaching my house and how long it would take to arrive.
No way to contact customer service, calls never get through, gives me bots that don’t understand basic language. No Form of live chat. Waiting time for customer service is 60mins after loads of time wasting verification and setting up and account and subscribing just to ask a question.
DPD don’t even warrant one star. I booked 2 parcels to be delivered for Xmas. Dropped them at local pick up point on Wednesday 15th Dec for delivery Monday 19th Dec. Just called pick up point & they have not been collected even. You cannot get in touch with a DPD customer advisor whether it be by phone/ what’s app or any other forum they claim to use. Avoid disappointment & steer we’ll clear of DPD!!
I placed an order and I thought I’d use this service as I wouldn’t be home.
I received a message from them saying my parcel was on its way. But to hold tight for them to send me a unique collection code.
I never received a code.
I kept tracking the parcel and it was saying “unable to deliver” “ will reschedule” from where the shop??
I then had a message saying my parcel had been returned.
I then emailed them ( the call centre is closed due to Covid)
They have replied saying that I SENT my parcel back!
I’ve never even seen it.
I’ve not lost out on my items and this company are Lying saying I sent the parcel back.
Who knows when I will get a refund for my items as the company I bought them from are saying at least a month.
All they had to do was say sorry but instead they have said that it’s my fault as I sent the parcel back. Lies lies lies
