   We had a great experience using AirPortr on our return flight from London. Great communication, very prompt arrival, smooth check-in of bags, text updates as bags moved through the system, and we enjoyed an unencumbered final day before evening flight…
   …and – most important – our bags arrived perfectly and right on time in NYC!
   We would absolutely use them again!

   By far the best moving experience I have ever had. I have moved cross country 4 times, within Toronto 4 times and out to brantford once. All with movers and NONE. NONE were close to the amazingness of these guys! 100% we use them next time we need a move and would recommend to anyone looking for movers. Can write me of you wanna know our experience.

   I love this location! The service is prompt and friendly and the ladies that work there are lovely. I was reading some of the other ratings (specifically the low ones) and wanted to personally point out that the people that work at the desk know when there are new shipments that arrive because they are there at the desk to accept the deliveries. So.. If the shipments haven’t arrived yet (even though your note to pick it up says it has or online it says it has) it may not be there yet because the post people who are bringing it over may not be there on time. The best way to check if your item is there is by calling directly and asking the location if they have your item or not. I send and receive a lot of parcels so this is just from my experience asking them questions about things when I’ve had similar situations. Hope this helps! Thank you all for your great service. This location is far better than the one on Queen West that my parcels sometimes get sent to for pickup instead.

   Slow service, rundown premises and the occasional hiccup as expected of most government services, but the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Wish they would answer the phone though.
