The BDM (Best Damn Movers) you can get! Speedway Cargo is very quick and professional. Nothing was damaged during the move and they even moved some furniture purchased from the previous tenants.
They actually deserve 0 stars for their bad delivery service and their even worse customer service. This is the 5th time Speedway Cargo messes up deliveries and they expect you to keep smiling and be very nice and kind when you talk with them on the phone. These people are useless and the government should have more regulations on how they operate and make sure they follow certain protocols and offer a minimum quality of service.
I hired two college students from Speedway Cargo to come unload my 6′ x 12′ uhaul trailer. I thought it would take them over an hour. However, they were two of the hardest workers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They arrived ten minutes early to the appointment time. The guys were professional, courteous, hardworking and always had a smile. They unloaded the trailer in 40-45 minutes. I was surprised by the amount of care they took with my items. They did not lay boxes just anywhere but would look for writing on the sides. For example, if the box said pots and pans then they would take that box to the kitchen. They also took the time after they were done to tell me a little about the Knoxville area. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would give them a 10/10 for my overall experience. I highly recommend them! You get the same exceptional experience as professional movers, one-quarter of the cost of professional movers and you are able to help college students make extra money. Win-win!
