There is only one woman staff that works there and that woman who is from an Asian ethnic background, is immensely rude and unqualified. She is poorly mannered and is not friendly. She treats customers bad by not responding to questions and simply points to things.

Driver has taken item and has not given scanned it in.
I had a collection arranged from Argos to be collected from yodel…
And driver took all three of the roller blinds and only scanned that he took one.
The same driver came back today
To collect another item from me.. I confronted him and he called his boss, as the driver agreed he picked up three.
But he supervisor said contact Argos and let them know, when I asked his name he said Martin but the phone had his name as mapto
I asked if the truck had cctv and they said no.
So this is absolutely terrible service
    That they steal peoples items.

Been waiting for a package which apparently they have tried to deliver three times. Maybe 200 plus parcels a day for a route is to much.
So far they have apparently left cards, which I have never seen, and now can’t find the address.
Last Friday 3rd September I watched the number of deliveries drop down to 2 before mine then at 20:00 the driver just stopped delivering.
Now all I can do is wait for the retailer to respond or go and collect from depot apparently!!
Be nice if they had drivers with some morals to say to manager they ran out of time to make deliveries and then put the undelivered ones to the front of the next days delivery rather than making up excuses that leave us having to put up poor reviews .
Then you can’t find a number to talk to anyone just a robot asking questions and sending emails out.

Whenever we have any urgent or important deliveries, Stephen is the first person I call! We send a lot of trade show merchandise for event sponsorships which have strict delivery deadlines- the team always jump on any requests immediately and are so friendly and polite- excellent and reliable service!
