    I am trying to find out where is the parcel. I have send on the 6 Nov at yeppoon 09.44. it got to Auckland on the 17 Nov to my sister chris Mullis. it’s saying it’s been Delivered on the 19 Nov.

    I went in person to report an issue
    with receipt of a delivered package to parcel lock box on 1-7-17…
    I was referred to speak to the Speed Line Courier Mgr who was very receptive; and followed up in 2 days to resolve the issue. Mgr called & left me msg to pickup my package retrieved from residence parcel lock box. I have to say this

    >If I could give this Speed Line Courier a negative rating I would. I live above a commercial space so the messaging for ALL my packages are to leave them with the commercial company. I got my first two deliveries Monday and Tuesday (left it with the commercial space) then Wednesday I get the attempted delivery slip. I sign the slip and leave it on the door and re-iterate to leave it with the commercial space. I come home that afternoon and the carrier writes on the slip that the commercial space would not accept my package. This I automatically know was a lie. I called and filed a complaint the next day. Before I left that morning I placed the slip again on the door with an attached note that I wrote stating that I know you did not speak with the commercial company please leave my package with them. I come home that afternoon there’s no slip on the door and again there’s no package I have now waited three days and my package is still not here. This generation of carriers are BEYOND lazy. I say this because my mother has been a carrier for 35 years. If you don’t want to work stay home don’t do a half-assed job.

    Have left five (5) message for the Post Master to call me to establish postal service to our business but to no avail. No one answers the phone at this Speed Line Courier location or can answer a simple question without having to locate a supervisor who then has to locate a manager. Nothing like dealing with the gross incompetence of public service employees. Priceless!
