   Your delivery boys update that the product has been delivered before giving the delivery…and after that they do not pick the call…i am surely going to file a case in consumer court against your courier service…

   Waited around all day for my package and nothing by the late afternoon, then checked the tracking number only to find it was taken to the post office! I was in all day and no-one rang the doorbell. Really annoying as the post office is a bus ride away and not open at the weekend! Another package, I organised a redirect but it still ended up being delivered to the original address but said it was ‘delivered’ to the redirected address, so assumed it had been stolen, have still had no response from my enquiry. Come on AusPost get your act together!

   Cheryl was very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed prior to the move, and didn’t mind me asking a bunch of extra questions. Hudson and two other gentlemen who moved us has wonderful attitudes and worked fast and efficiently. I don’t know if it is bad to wear gloves when you are moving furniture just because you need to get a grip on things but I was a little worried about getting our white colored furniture soiled. In the end we were pleased and will likely use Changing Spaces again!

   Very helpful and professional removal service that were responsive straight away, would certainly recommend for a removal service with no hassle or problems.
