   Very unhappy with the service, we clearly communicated all the items in the house but two men who arrived refused to take stuff. After discussion they said they can do it but it’s a lot of efforts so they asked us to pay additional money in cash to them without dealing with the company. My husband refused to pay under the table and contacted the company while we were in conversation with the company, they went away with the truck without letting us know. We have spoken to a senior manager in the company to complain about the situation. Moving is already very stressful, please save your time and get someone else who will professionally deal with the situation.

   Came to this PenguinPickUp a few times to pick up Ikea orders, and to drop off Purolator returns. It is super convenient. The staff was always friendly and service as quickly. Have not encountered any long line ups. Apparently they even have a dolly you can borrow for free if you got something a bit too large to carry.

   I was told that package will be delivered in 2 days whereas it was not delivered even after repeated follow up. In turn, they are asking to collect the package from office.
   They are not even responding to calls or by chance if they lift, they are disconnecting the calls.
   Do not avail services from here

   Very very poor service, staff poor, after receiving SMS, they are not delivering on time, there are no customer care, no value for customer, one must avoid such poor service

   Location is near patel chowk, Ram mandir and petrol pump. Most of counters are just for display and mostly remains empty. Long lines for speed and register post. Speed of counter is good. Neatness is ok. passport seva kendra is situated behind this building.
