    Extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. Everything went as planned with Special Line-YW. They are very knowledgeable, and were experts at packing very fast, did not waste time. I cannot find any fault with them.

    It appears by other reviews, as if this Special Line-YW depot is developing a habit for losing packages! Is this incompetence, theft or the mismanagement of this depot? I too had 3 orders made on the same day. 2 of the orders arrived within 7 working days of the order. The last disappeared into Mayfield West 14 days ago. It was in transit to Tamworth (2 hours drive from its delivery address) from Sydney and ended up at this depot! This package is a vacuum cleaner…not something that can be overlooked! (When lodging a complaint, I’m told to wait until the end of the month!) And I think the repeating excuse of COVID is now old hat! If lack of staff is the excuse, well employ more! If theft is the reason…call in the police! And if mismanagement…reorganise!
    And I’m not a whinger Jeff N! This is not the first package to have gone missing! A few months ago I had an overseas package delivered to the wrong address in Sydney. I was told that it was delivered to the address on the package, although my order confirmation showed the correct delivery address. Special Line-YW disclaimed any responsibility for its loss and closed the case under the excuse of ‘Scam’. They wouldn’t give me the address they delivered it to. That incompetence cost me $60. So I’m nervous about this order! It could cost me $800! Except if they deny responsibility for this one I’ll be taking it to the ombudsman.
    Post script: my delivery was due in early April, it is now almost the end of June! The sellers intervened and have refunded me for my loss….I am very nervous about using Special Line-YW now.

    Special Line-YW is amazing! My husband and I have used their services twice now to move and referred them to multiple friends and family members. We have all had such wonderful experiences and would not hesitate to call them again.
