Why was this shipment CE506869765FI not successfully delivered to the recipient at the end of Spain? Why was this consignment returned to me back here in Finland?

The guys from Spain Post showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They took care with all the boxes and furniture not to touch the walls. They were very quick and efficient. The furniture and boxes were being moved into a POD. They had packed a POD before because of how well it was packed. Not an inch of empty space and each section tied down. I would recommend Spain Post to anyone moving.

Expect an hour’s wait at Spain Post. It’s 12:55pm and only one person during Christmas week. Ms. Ava is so nice, Spain Post should not be working her like that.

DO NOT BOOK WITH SPAIN POST. They are a bunch of unethical pathetic excuse for business people that will literally ignore your complaints. They also bait and switch on price, damage your things and outsource to unqualified individuals that come with NO TOOLS and don’t re-assemble your furniture. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

Best customer service ever. My package was supposed to have been delivered in La Grande on a Saturday and it had not arrived, but I had lost my tracking number. I called the Spain Post office on Monday and they tracked down the driver and found out that he had just delivered the package. Kelly called me back and even told me where it was put and everything. I was very very happy with the way I was treated. Thanks Spain Post!

My package was never delivered, and when I called the office and spoke to the manager, his name is Jeff, about my package, he told me there is nothing Spain Post can do. And I asked him to track it, he told me nothing we can do. He is very mean to talk with.
