   These guys are great—in addition to being professional, knowledgeable, and skilled with a well thought out and streamlined process, they’re also just good people. The folks on customer service are thoughtful and responsive and the movers themselves have a great attitude and are a pleasure to work with—it really goes a long way toward making a schlep into a rewarding process you feel good about. Highly recommend!

   Unfortunately, just about everything we were told when we were getting our estimate and signing the contract turned out to be completely false. The pickup guys arrived several hours before the agreed upon time, so we weren’t quite ready for them yet, but they decided to just drop us and move on instead of waiting for the agreed pickup time.
   Regarding the delivery, I have been waiting for my belongings at my new home for going on 2 weeks now, when we were originally told that it would be 5 days. When we call to ask for an update, they basically just say that they can’t control when my stuff will arrive.
   Just a general lack of transparency, lack of accountability, and lack of customer service. They have done very little to help make amends for the inconveniences they’ve put us through.

   Try to avoid at all cost. They are very inefficient here. Even if you have your package prepared, labeled, and just want to drop off, you would still have to wait in line, despite them having a separate drop off section. When I voiced my concern, the female employee was extremely rude and blatantly said my feedback does not matter.

   Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone worked sooo very hard to get us moved and moved efficiently. All the men moving us were friendly, helpful, and hard-working. They went above and beyond our expectations! Would move with this company again in a heartbeat if we had too! Those hard-working movers are gems!!!
