    Not the worst post office ever! A little slow but the employees here make more of an effort to send and track your packages. If your shipping label doesn’t scan, they will actually type in the number for you. If your packaging is wacky, they will offer you tape. If the weight is a little off, they will send your package anyway!
    I have been to other Brooklyn post offices and I have to say the grass is not always greener…

    The day google will let you rate ZERO stars will be thanks to USPS, waited 25 minutes in line to discover package pickups are below. No sign whatsoever.

    The entire experience was great. Moving can be such a stressful time but the team at Sebastian really made it a smooth process. They showed up on fine, were friendly and very careful. Asked questions and pointed out any potential damage or issues ahead of time. They went above and beyond to get me out of my old house into my new one with deadlines looming. Will definitely use them again next time.

    My delivery was supposed to be delivered today between 1500 and 1900 and it was not delivered. I was on hold with your company for 20 minutes then was cut off. After being on hold for another 30 minutes someone picked up, asked for my tracking number, put me on hold then I got cut off after 10 minutes on hold. I took this afternoon off so that I cold be at my home for my delivery. It is absolutely absurd that not only did you not deliver when you were supposed to but your customer service is so bad that I wasted another hour, talked to someone, and got cut off the line, TWICE. Where the hell is my package and when is it being delivered??
