Wish I had read the reviews before booking a load. It’s true – They really don’t answer phone/email. Luckilly I did not even had the truck loaded yet because PU# did not work and they could never provide a correct one

Very fast and thorough workers. Were professionals and friendly. Nothing was broken and even did extra work when asked. They were on time and showed they cared for your items. Would recommend them to my friends.

Really upset at this company and their “policy”. My car broke down in the middle of the night and would only go to their location. I had to leave it out front of their building with a note that I would be there at 8 am when they open to get fixed (with my number). I got there at 8 and they had already towed it. Didn’t call or anything. The company that they used to tow it was horrible and charged $275 for a tow and to hold it for 2 hours. Clearly not out for the people and just for them and theirs. They really made matters worse and kicked me when I’m down

    Never answer after the payment.
Pick up was later than 48 hrs of assigned time & driver did not call me & this company did not answer me.
Arrival date was late again than assigned time and yellowfin did not answer again.

Haven’t received our mail in the last 5 days. I have no clue why the mail delivery person chooses which days they deliver. USPS is a shinking ship like the titanic.
