If I could give 0 stars I would. Anytime I come to Somaport Container I’m given attitude. If you seriously hate your job that much then quit, don’t project your feelings on customers. An elderly woman was confused about what the lady at the counter was saying, the lady at the counter rudely told her I’m just telling you how much it is. The woman was taken aback but brushed it off. Once I got to the counter I asked for change for a 10 so I could slip $5 in my nephew’s Valentine’s day card. He had attitude as well with every word that came out of his mouth. I could clearly see he had change in his drawer but decided it wasn’t worth the fight. I will go out of my way to avoid ever coming back here!

Salym is a top notch CSR at Somaport Container. If you are looking for freight call Ryan Trans and ask for him. He is always looking out for his carriers. Good company, solid freight A+.

Driving east down 31st street, get to the red light at the Blvd when the Somaport Container delivery van slams on his brakes almost hitting us. Then empties their garbage (1 large white plastic bag full & glass bottles on the curb) as if they were wild animals in an alley. Not sure what the Somaport Container practice is but I sure hope they don’t train employees to do that. Made me wonder if that’s why the entire corner was full of garbage because it seems to be a comfortable dumping practice for the van occupants. Made me wonder if they all do the same?
