My deliveries from China that was ordered in the same time period – actually arrived faster. Longest I’ve had to wait to receive a parcel from a local seller in SG. While Customer Service were quick to respond to my enquiries, I’m really more interested in a resolution as I’ve yet to receive my parcel. This is also not an isolated incident, past orders that were delivered by this organisation had been consistently late (not a day or two either). Merchants should definitely be the ones giving feedback as the recipients are after all, not their paying customers.
The quote was not accurate and I paid much higher than expected. The workers were slow took a few breaks and my move lasted a lot longer than expected. Then while the so called manager tried to refund me he ended up charging me double and I had to wait a week for my funds to be released. I most definitely will not use them or recommend them to anyone.
Do not use this company. I was booked for weeks at 7am to 9am pick-up. At 7.30am I called to be text back saying my booking was not until 1pm to 3pm. No-one informed me. At 1.15pm I called to find out an ETA and was asked do you need to move today seriously??? We were fully packed and had been all morning. At 2pm they phoned to give me a load of excuses and finally admitted they were not coming. If they had just been honest and told me this first thing I may have found another removalist to move me that day. With the help of family we ended up moving ourselves as we were left with no alternative. I would give zero stars if I could.
