   Really disappointed. Got an email to say parcel was ready to collect as of Thursday. Went to depot on Friday and was told the box could not be retrieved as was on a troubled bay (?). Essentially no yodel staff on site (during advertised depot working hours) that could ‘get to’ the parcel. Person I met also informed me that they had 48 hours to recover the parcel….this being despite an email from yodel telling me to come and collect starting yesterday. Left empty handed with a half hearted promise that someone will call me on a Saturday if they can find the box. 30 mile round trip wasted. Kids Christmas presents still hang in the balance. Will do all I can to avoid this company in future

   Thanks to Nav and Samuel for the wonderful job they did yesterday. I will specifically request for them if I need to use two men and a truck again.

   Very bad service they will not tell you upfront If they will provide the service or not. They don’t know to act like a government employee. Wanted to send an international parcel has to do 3-4 trips only for them to say… sir Mumbai ja k Karo idhar 3-4 months aise he pada rahega.. virar is the worst post office…Andheri, Mira road has post office better then virar

   I enjoyed the entire experience working with Reliable Moving. He was very responsive from the very first quote inquiry, and was prompt in his replies. The team showed up on time on moving day and worked hard to ensure they stayed on schedule all day. All three employees were pleasant and professional.
