    This package was dropped off at USPS in Blackwood, NJ on 11/15/2021 at 4:33pm and picked up by shipping agent on 11/16/2021 at 5:49am. This is a return item and is time sensitive. I see no progress on shipping agent’s part as far as moving the package along. Please be so kind as to give me an update. Thank you.

    Hi, My name is, Ricky Morgan, I have returned my phone to at&t over 2 months ago on October, 23 2021 and they still haven’t received it and can’t track it either!!! Now they want to charge me $650.00 for the old device I returned! What happened to the device and why can’t anyone track it!!!!

    My Tracking Number that was listed on packing slip does not show up when I track this return to you. I received the phone on the 15th and only had 15 days to get back to you. The Tracking number listed on packing slip is not working. If it’s going to take a month to send back then please give me a month to get it to you.

    I mailed my ATT replacement phone at my local post office (Muscatine, IA) and my Tracking Number (9202390100786807916231) that was listed on packing slip, does not show up when I track this return through different tracking websites. I received the phone on the 1/15/23 and mailed it back on 1/19/23. The Tracking number listed on packing slip is not working and I am being charged by Asurion for a non-returnable phone.

    For the past 3 years I’ve used this location to ship packages. Now that I live in Beckett Ridge, I still drive over to Princeton Rd because they are usually very nice.
    I didn’t know they closed at 4pm on Sundays, I walked in at 358pm today 05/01/22 to ship a couple small boxes. The worker said they already closed down the register so they couldn’t ship anymore packages today?
    If you are open till 4pm, shouldn’t I be able to ship till 4pm?
    Very disappointed!
    Going forward I’ll use the UPS Store 3 min my home.

    Pure incredible crap. How hard is your job? How hard is it to drive and deliver mail on time ? Federal Job and benefits and you can’t deliver my package on time. This is the worst. I wish UPS can handle the mail.

    I’ve never hired movers before. Make your move was referred to me by a friend who used them. Their quote was reasonable. Erin was super helpful and explained everything to me. They scheduled me very quickly and worked with all the changes that happened. There were some obstacles that came up with access to my property and the drivers couldn’t get to my house. Kevin was able to get a different truck and get the movers out the next day. He did all the footwork and made it happen. The movers were super awesome, they worked hard and fast and took care of my stuff. I’d recommend them to anyone moving and I would most definitely use them again. It was also neat to see how well the movers communicated and worked so well together. They are a family business and I feel like they treat their customers like family.

    I would leave 0 star if possible. I have have a package there for going on two weeks with no movement. No one will answer the phone and I live across the country can not not do anything and do not know what to do. This is typical government ran business no one has to be accountable for any actions. If this were any other privately ran business it would go under. THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED .
