Twice I requested that #ABMoving send someone to my property to review the items to be moved. Twice I was told it was unnecessary – that per the supervisor’s estimate, only two-thirds of the truck’s cargo space was being used. This is supposed to be what they do for a living, so I didn’t press. I would hear from the movers that before they left their offices, they suggested to their supervisor that these items wouldn’t fit on this particular truck. The boys stated that the supervisor acknowledged that this was likely true and laughed – sent them anyway. Around 11AM, the young men let me know they didn’t think everything would fit. I asked that they call their office. Apparently, their supervisor visited my property to meet with his team. He never presented himself or asked to speak with me; I didn’t know he had been to my home until later that day. Meanwhile, the young men crammed what they could into the moving truck but left a number of large items behind. It was already late into the evening when we arrived at the storage facility in Austin. The young men were apologetic as they unloaded the truck. I still had not heard back from Management by the time they were finished – yet the young men needed a signature. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable signing until I spoke with their boss. We finally got him on the line and I explained that several items had been left behind. I explained that since the house was being listed for sale, that the items had to be removed ASAP. Their supervisor was very apologetic. Said he would work with me to resolve the issue. I reluctantly offered to drive back up the next morning and rent a U-Haul to complete the move myself. They apologized that this was likely the only good solution if I needed all the items out by the next business day but urged me to go ahead and sign the moving documents and credit card slip knowing that that they would reimburse for reasonable expenses. The next day, two of us took a day off of work and drove up to rent a U-Haul and pack the items ourselves. I sent #KennyBaker, the President of AB Moving, an itemized account for two vehicles and the rental of a U-Haul. Not for labor. Not for our time. But for a U-Haul truck and gas/mileage. A few weeks later my reimbursement request was denied. I lobbied DISCOVER to contest the charge. They did. AB Moving then sent a poorly worded response (below) where the President of the company states that ‘they provide free estimates but that I did not request one.’ Absolutely false. He then goes on to point to a signed contract and credit card statement that I acknowledged the move – with no mention of his staff urging me to sign both with the understanding that they would reimburse for my expenses. To the extent that we filled a truck and two SUVs is not a reflection of my inability to estimate a move correctly – rather theirs. Also, with no straps, items were put into the SUV to prevent the large, free-standing items from moving around and harming them. Which is EXACTLY what happened to all the items which were transported in the back of said moving truck when the large items slid around. Make no mention of the fact that a second trip was required to collect the second SUV as someone had to drive the truck back to Austin. I tried reaching out to the President of AB Moving (Kenny Baker) and left him a lengthy voice mail. It was never returned. I can tell you, as a former business exec for a large firm, I have moved several times (~10) over my career. I have NEVER had a problem accurately describing my inventory. In summary, I could NEVER recommend AB Moving given how poorly they addressed their failings at the onset of the move, during the move and then after the move. Kenny Baker’s unwillingness to take responsibility for his mid-level management’s poor execution – and his inability to return a call from a repeat customer – is the classic definition of leadership failure.
We love going to the PG Post Office ! It’s the best Post Office in the Peninsula!! The staff especially the ladies are always very friendly and helpful! Stay Safe & Stay Healthy Everyone! God Bless !!

BEWARE !!!! The owner doesn’t respond, haven’t paid the freight while he was paid on time, container arrived at destination paid by us, but sits in the port with thousands of storages , because he does not paid the shipping line for it !!! Doesn’t answer the phone, emails
THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed several orders placed at different vendors for the remodel of a condo in Colorado and 3 of those deliveries were with Estes, unfortunately. One was delivered over 1 week late, the other with all merchandise broken (very damaged packaging ) and the third is behind schedule to be delivered next week, about 1 week late.
When I try to call Estes or their freight partners, no one answers the phone, also no one replies to emails. I will certainly refrain from using this company again.
