These SLRT Transport guys are excellent! Professional, courteous, and they make tracking and tracing/visibility to loads in transit very easy. Look forward to working with them again.
Best SLRT Transport place around for good size portions and reasonable prices! Very friendly staff! Our favorite thing is the ham pot pie and chicken fingers with frozen French fries.
They are the worst…. SLRT Transport lied and said they tried to deliver my package which was a lie. Called customer service and was given the run around. What a joke SLRT Transport… And who changed the delivery date on my package? Wasn’t me or Verizon, y’all are some of the ignorant, idiotic and unprofessional folks out here in these streets.
I have allowed some time to pass since my move with SLRT Transport so as to not be overly influenced by emotion and disappointment.
1. This is in no way a luxury moving company or experience. A rental truck with two nice young men met me for the move. No hand truck, few moving blankets and a roll of wrapping material, which was unused and probably still is. Nice, hardworking guys but folks one could have hired at the local convenience store.
2. The estimator was the best part of the experience. Nice and professional and a good first contact. But on the order it noted there were two pick-up locations when clearly we had visited the storage unit I had rented. OK, but an effort to notify SLRT Transport of this issue was nearly impossible as the employee was unable to communicate effectively in English, intolerant of my inability to understand her and rude.
3. Upon arrival at my new location the unload went well but again I noticed that most items bore no protective coverings at all.
4. I felt lied to and taken. Cannot recommend this company.
