Gebruder Weiss team members were nice guys and very polite. But we noticed after the move many if not most of our furniture was dinged one way or the other. We had to remind them of a couple of final set ups before they bolted. Also, when they set up the queen sleep number bed they left the air lines, controls and pump on top of the mattress and not under the bed where it belonged and I had to fight to get these positioned due to the heavy mattress platform used by this brand. Not happy. Finally, I was told when I got the online quote that we would likely use only about half the truck. It turned out we used all of the truck and several items like a big screen TV and our patio furniture would not fit. I was not given any suggestions on how I was to get these items to my new house. Fortunately my neighbor has a pick up truck and was nice enough to help me move the final items. If I had been moving out of state I would have been screwed.
Don’t look at the bad reviews here. It was absolutely a delight working with Mr. Vincent at Gebruder Weiss. He checked in with me everyday and my car was picked up in Michigan and delivered to California in 5 days. I will definitely be referring and using Vincent’s help for any future vehicle moves.
