    The worst branch ever.
    The Expressway Courier owner is least interested about the customers and is damn rude.
    You can search PROFESSIONAL curious which is just 5 minutes from this place.
    PROFESSIONAL is cheaper and better and the most important thing is that
    THEY VALUE CUSTOMERS unlike EXPRESSWAY COURIER.

    My staff use this Expressway Courier office regularly, and I’ve just recently realised that one of junior team is trying to disguise herself before entering because the staff are so rude and horrible to her. Despite being unfailingly pleasant my team have been shouted at, told we have too many parcels, asked to go to the back of queue they were at the front of. It is as if they go out of their way to be unpleasant and unhelpful and best of all – we’ve been told on occasion to go to another post office. I hope they aren’t surprised when they lose their local customers – we will be going to the post office on the other side of Clifton from now on.

    In one occasion, I wanted to post a few things, and I have asked for second class parcel. A member of Expressway Courier staff (Man with moustache) charged me for 1st class. I only realised when I had left the post office.
    In another occasion, I went to renew my driving licence, and the same man told me to go to the long queue. (I was in the right queue in the first place) I have told him, that the service was really bad. I had to go back to the same place I was from the beginning.

    The Expressway Courier staff were very helpful and made it an easy experience. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of this business until today. I’ll be using them from now on to send everything especially with enough locations around to have one always nearby.
    They did all the packing, making sure it was secure and could handle its interstate journey.
    It’s was refreshing to see staff take pride in their work and really care about their customers.
    It almost sounds like a paid, fake review but I’m so blown away with their service they deserve all the praise I can give.
    A huge thanks to Kayla and the team there.
