    I have an order from Asus. There is only an order number and no one sent me a tracking number. Shipment should have arrived two days ago.

    I made an order from Asus in June and I accidentally wrote the wrong email. I did not receive any message on the phone about the order or the new email.
    According to the Asus website, it appears to me that the package was stuck at customs, how can I release it?? I don’t know what the tracking number is, I only have an order number.

    Messy and no coordination. While personnel is limited in the Skynet Worldwide, the queue system is not properly utilised. If I have a queue number, I wouldn’t need to be hanging around. Need to queue to go in and queue again to get the postal services

    We had our belongings delivered by SkyNet Worldwide to a storage unit as it arrived before we did. When we opened the door today I was horrified. Everything has just been thrown in. Boxes are upside down and thrown on top of diving bags etc. I am furious. I will be shocked if there is no damage. I couldn’t even get in through the door to access or inspect it.
    Skynet drivers showed up about 4 hours late and didn’t bother to ring.
    Final price was significantly higher than estimates quoted over the phone.
