   Excellent service from start to finish. Very responsive to my needs. My coordinator Angie Hanson checked in regularly to update me on the move and answer questions. Fran was very prompt in delivering boxes. John and Donna drove the semi from Minnesota to Michigan. They and a team of three other men were fast and careful with delivering my furniture and boxes. No damage to house or property. Final total was $1,500 less than originally estimated. Five stars for Allied. I’m very glad I chose to work with them.

   Used National Express to transport my Van from California to Texas, their customer service is outstanding compared to other companies that I called around. Jorge followed up and got my car moved within 3 days, my overall experience was great that’s National Express, I will be back!

   After working here I honestly do not see enough love go into people’s packages. The way they load trucks is crazy. Making you feel overwhelmed right off the bat. Constantly throwing write ups in your face if u missed the number one day. Even 20 below it. Manager plainly lieing to your face saying you misscanned items he watched u do it on camera? This place is not a friendly work environment. They do not treat people correctly. They do not treat customers packages with loading correctly. Would not recommend this place to anyone until employee and customer are better taken care of

   I love using this website. It really helps me so i don’t have to snail mail and it goes directly into his mail box. There are things that you can purchase and include in your letter if you choose. I thought that was a really nice idea.

   Easy access to customer service. Easy scheduling. Very accommodating and courteous. Drivers very friendly, great communication regarding arrival times.
