   Never ever open when it says it is. 2 hours a day for a facility this size and the area it covers is useless. Don’t trust the advised times on the website…….! you’ll be disappointed. They seem prompt and on time when striking.

   Loomis doesn’t answer their phone. They don’t show up for pickups and then after multiple days of ignoring you they expect YOU to drive to THEM to drop off your shipping even though you paid to have it picked up. They missed 3 shipments in a row. Girl who did answer phone blamed regular driver being on holidays and apparently new driver doesn’t feel like doing the job. I left several messages to speak to a supervisor and was ignored. Not sure how many times they can not do their job and it be ok? 1 star is too high for this customer service!

   Nothing QUICK about this company. Basically, if you live somewhere that is inconvenient for them, good luck getting a delivery. I have never encountered a more incompetent company. They have no actual clue what they’re doing in any context. Do not use this company unless you like being frustrated by incompetence and very poor customer service.
   I will be sure to ask a supplier next time on what carrier they are using… If they say QMS, I will reply no thank you. Avoid this company at all costs.

   The friendly staff arrived punctually. The boxes and furniture were moved quickly and loaded onto the truck efficiently. Arrived at the destination and promptly unloaded everything. Will definitely use their service again.
