I called more than ten times to ask about the order but no one picked up the phone.
Have had a number of parcels delivered by these SITC CONTAINER LINES clowns this year. Only one received on time. This week the parcel was picked up Tuesday for overnight delivery and by Friday it has not moved from the pick up depot. You send in an enquiry about your parcel and they won’t reply for two days. i.e. time to actually find and deliver your parcel if lucky.
Surely given all the negative reviews about this company it’s about time they were investigated for charging for a service they don’t supply.
They are clearly cheap and unreliable couriers.
Brock, Allan and Leanne from SITC Container Lines were my lifesavers in my recent relocation from Bellingen to Sydney. Working with a complex and very large move (four bedroom triple garage house – part going into storage and part going to Sydney) their support was outstanding.
During a very emotional time, the three of them and their team were professional, supportive, calm and incredibly helpful – including helping me finish my prepack after I had already left to start work in Sydney and even offering more than one badly needed hug! Nothing was a bother and every item ended up where it was meant to be! If you are moving, this is the team for you! I can’t recommend them highly enough and I just hope I have the opportunity to use their services again in the future.
We have been using SITC Container Lines for at least ten years and overall pleased with the service. Not the cheapest but done right so far. It’s nice to be able to count on a delivery service, had a few bad ones.
