    Sent some documents for printing ar the time of collections I have been informed they have never received the order. When we showed the order confirmation along with the payment information we were asked to send the details once again .

    If I could give no stars, I would. We had a horrendous experience with oleRRelo. The four packers were wonderful and my negative review doesn’t concern them. They were overworked. I was told they would work 9am-7pm at the latest. They were working until 11pm. I fed them lunch, dinner and snacks and left them a generous tip. Unfortunately the man completing the inventory on packing day was useless. He wasn’t there until all the boxes were packed after 5pm and then he marked all of our items as damaged, even though he hadn’t seen any of them.
    He told my husband at 11pm that he needed to sign paperwork. When my husband asked to see what he was signing, the man told him that he could look at the paperwork after signing the documents. We were suspicious. When we discovered he’d marked all our belongings as damaged, he said he could not do anything about it. We were leaving the country the next day so we were very anxious and angry. The management ignored all our emails and phone calls.
    We were told our belongings would be packed onto a shipping container. That did not happen. Our belongings which included paintings and antiques were left in a warehouse in the Houston heat and humidity. Our belongings are currently on a ship somewhere in the ocean. My husband and I are incredibly worried about what state our belongings will be in when they arrive in Scotland in September.
    UPDATE :October 18th. Our shipment arrived and the TV, computer, bed, paintings and smaller items were damaged. The moving company unloading our belongings said that they were surprised that more items weren’t damaged as the packing was terrible. One painting had no packing at all. The inventory was incorrect with many boxes marked for the wrong rooms. This is because the man taking the inventory in Houston wasn’t there when the items were packed and he just guessed the contents.

    Very good company to work for. Pay is very good. I had to leave for personal reasons and regretted it big time. I tried to go back 2 weeks later but was told by a recruiter that I’ll have wait 6 months to reapply. This was the best trucking job I ever had with the most less stress. Big Bucks
