10/19/2016 – Less than impressed with this location. I was hassled about the way I attached the first class mail labels to six packages on Monday the 17th of October. Something I’ve never had an issue with at the Jackson Crossing post office location. I’ve been shipping them without the labels being on a single side of the package for months now. Given the size of the boxes, there’s simply no way to have the entire label fit on one side. Now two business days have passed, and the tracking information on all six packages have yet to be updated. Leaving me to worry that these were set aside by this lady who felt the need to flex what little bit of power she had. Furthermore, I’ve called twice, leaving voice messages on their answering machine service, and no one has reached out to me yet. Had I known this was going to happen, I would’ve waited until I was back in Jackson to drop the packages off. Needless to say, I’m one pissed off customer.
10/20/2016 *Update* – Three business days had passed since dropping them off. They finally returned my call after numerous voicemails were left. Only to be told that they are returning my packages due to the labels not being attached to a one side (which is impossible, given their shape). Pretty shady of them to do when the clerk told me she would make an exception, and they would go out Monday evening. Now I know she flat-out lied to me, and sat them aside without scanning them in. After speaking to my local post office here in Jackson, I was informed that this branch was completely at wrong, and that my packages should’ve been shipped without question. They were even more shocked that it took as long as it did to get an answer as to where my packages were. Thankfully, they informed me that they would take care of this if I brought them back to their location after they’ve been returned. Moral of the story, avoid this location like the plague.
10/22/2016 *Update* – So rather than the clerk telling me she wouldn’t actually make an exception after all, and hand them back to me in person, the Collins Road Post Office waited until Thursday the 20th to put my packages in an envelop, and return them to me. Keep in mind, this cost them $26 in shipping. They also stamped all of the labels with return to sender, as an attempt to void the labels, and leave me jumping through hoops trying to get a refund. Well, that backfired. At the Jackson Crossing post office (where I normally drop off all of my packages), the clerk was able to wipe off the red ink in most spots, because I put tape over the addresses and edges to make sure the labels are durable. She then proceeded to ship them out like they should’ve been in the first place.
As of today, all of the tracking info has updated to confirm they are on the way to their destinations. Thankfully, all of my customers were understanding of the situation at hand. I gave all six of the customers $5 refunds for the inconvenience. This disruption in my business was completely unacceptable. I’ll be making sure the corporate does an investigation on this location.

The somoan girl in the front desk was very disrespectful and when confronted she removed her tag so I couldn’t seen her name charged me 22$ for two day shipping and it’s been 8 days now
