    The friendliness of the staff that people here report has its drawbacks. Once there were about 8-10 people waiting in line and one clerk was just
    BS’ing with a customer. I applaud the fact that their clerks want to be friendly with customers but some customers just want to talk on and on. The clerk should politely cut the person off and take care of the next customer waiting in line. When there’s just a couple of customers and more than one clerk, BS all you want. There’s a time and place for everything.

    A box was brought to my door and dropped off! No assembly or directions left on how to assemble. Inexcusable! This purchase was like purchasing from IKEA! I learned the following day when I called for instructions that delivery was supposed to have delivered already assembled or assemble at delivery. Did not happen! So now I have an expensive piece that I gave no idea how to put together. I was told the manager was being contacted to send someone out to assemble, haven’t heard from anyone! Ridiculous!
