>Awful lady who works there. Not sure how she still has a job. After asking her for some information and asking her questions her response was idk I’m not the one who ordered the package. Like okay stupid. It was very unprofessional and uncalled for especially after Singapore Airlines lost my package. The delivery is a nightmare. I ordered a package and it said that they made an attempt to deliver which is a lie because during this so called delivery time my husband was home and nothing nor was there a notice paper in the mail box. I went to the courier office and was told that it wasn’t there. Like where the hell is my package? These people take their job as a joke, they are incompetent and need further training especially customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars, sorry but they don’t even deserve .5 stars. Maybe foxboro post office employees can teach Singapore Airlines employees how to do their job.
Robert, Travis, and Jared from Singapore Airlines were just incredible! They went above and beyond for me. They made this move so much more pleasant! Love them and would absolutely recommend.
Super unorganized staff also very rude, Singapore Airlines deals with customers like giving them a free service. I won’t deal with them again, other companies are a lot more respectful.
Love this Singapore Airlines store…as it’s convenient to my work. I always use the services here and the staff is courteous. Just recently had my passport photos taken here, picked up a nice size box for my books and dropped off my amazon package. I am in and out of here quickly too. Would recommend it!
