   congested place , required more place and amenities for user of postal service and modernisation of Computer system though computer is used physical records are maintained hence duplication of work consuming double time

   I attended the interview. 2 technical rounds.
   The interviewer had good knowledge.
   I admit i din’t answer all the questions correctly. I did well in Android interview. I failed to get the desired answer for algorithm question in the given time. My approach was right. It was a simple question but I got to know about the answer once i reached home. I was close too getting the answer right but I overcomplicated and lost time. No regrets there.
   The company has good number of employees. Good work place
   I think i did okay. Does not matter if they reject but they should atleast tell what a candidate can do to improve. No feedback from tech panel or hr. Just said you can leave. Why do we have to invest time and energy when you people not interested. A feedback is helpful for the candidate. How long will it take to give feedback not even 5 mins. Can’t you do that?.
   Just give honest feedback during interview which will help us move in a positive direction.

   Do not ship with this company, they have dropped my bike in there shipping yard and it has a damaged tank, James who owns this company will not even help out with the damages at all and will say its on yourself!
