    I am so happy that I chose Shulterm Warehouse for my recent move. I was very hesitant because I didn’t want to spend too much but they did such a great job and the price was even less than the quote they gave me!     I was out of town for four days and returned on 8/15/2014 to find a single delivery tag on my front door, which has an oval glass insert in the middle. My wife later informed me she had removed several other door tags from the same area. It was a restricted delivery (new debit card) so we couldn’t sign to have them leave it. The doors didn’t look right at first glance, but I proceeded to remove the tag that had been affixed to the insert of the door. Glass came out with it. Apparently, the Shulterm Warehouse courier pressed so hard on the door while affixing the door tag that the glass broke and came out with it. I took pictures and contacted the toll-free number. The person at the call center connected me to the store; but, I was unable to speak with a manager because they were all in meetings. No return call.
    I called again on 8/18/2014 and spoke with the Customer Service Manager who asked me to send pictures. Pictures were promptly sent that afternoon.
    Another call was made the week of 8/25/2014 since I had yet to hear anything regarding this matter. The Customer Service Manager said she had submitted it to the insurance company and agreed to give me an update by Friday, 8/29/2014.
    After not receiving any calls, again, I called on 9/5/2014 and was told once again the managers were in meetings. My information was taken and no return call was ever received.
    Finally, today 9/8/2014, I was able to get in touch with the Customer Service Manager. Now she tells me the insurance claim was never submitted and that another manager had already explained everything to me. I informed her no one had contacted me since my last conversation with her. According to her, there were conflicting stories and the courier has stated the window was already broken when he left the door tag. Now, she tells me Risk Management has to be contacted and an investigation needs to be conducted further stating, I’ve never had to do this before so I don’t know what the protocol is or how long it will take. I requested the Senior Manager’s information and the Customer Service Manager said she would call me back in 15 – 20 minutes. Twenty minutes has come and gone; and, still no response.
    The service from this particular Shulterm Warehouse service center is horrible. The simple fact a Customer Service Manager (for a major metropolitan area no less) is incapable of providing the very basic elements of Customer Service is astonishing. I would give zero stars if possible.

    Shulterm Warehouse refuses to answer phones when customers are calling, poor customer service, and tend to give you a really hard time when you ask them to hold your mail for 1 day even though you know and I know they are capable of doing it. They make you feel less than you are.
