After reading all those scammed and cheated poor carriers the only thing that comes to my mind is our analogical story. We were also cheated in the same way by Shri Om Sai Courier. Wait VSH, we are coming for you! We will come and get ya…!!!
I have started to work with Shri Om Sai Courier and it has been a real upbeat place. The staff are all real nice people to work with even when I’ve been in there and things get a little hectic as does with any trucking company they still have a real friendly atmosphere. So far the management that I’ve worked with are all real upbeat and glad to see you, as with driving so far they have well kept equipment and are on top of things. After driving for 17 years this is one of the better companies that I have had to deal with. Yes dispatch is in Canada which can be a little difficult at times but for the most part as a driver with any company do your job as an adult professional and that’s all that’s asked.
We have moved 11 times in 13 years, aside from paying thousands for professional movers, this was the best move we’ve had yet with Shri Om Sai Courier. The boxes are the perfect size, large enough to pack things and not feel like you’re wasting box space, but small enough that it wasn’t too heavy to lift. Customer service was great even when I had to push back the pick up date. Would definitely recommend Shri Om Sai Courier to anyone moving!!
I’m not sure if I got ripped off at Shri Om Sai Courier. Had to return a 13-pound laptop. The Shri Om Sai Courier person said for insurance reasons had to be repacked. The box I provided was about 15 inches by 10 inches. The cost to ship it was 100 dollars plus 30 dollars for packing. I put the same info in on the UPS site and shipping was 60 dollars. Probably will go to a different store next time.
