I’ve shipped a package June 2022 never told from this SHREE SHYAM AIR COURIER station that it would be a COD. Paid a great amount of money for it to be shipped to find out it’s stuck for a COD payment. Was told I had to create an account which I did and pay another fee over $200 to have it returned back to me. Went to this station to ask for help was told the manager would contact me. Never got a call back. Have called 1800GOFEDEX and to only get a run around. I am so disappointed at the service I was given. I was never told or disclosed nor did I ask to have this package as a COD for the recipient to pay. I paid for the shipping. I need my package back to me. I chose Shree Shyam Air Courier because I thought they were an excellent shipping company, reliable and honest. I truly do not recommend this company for any of your shipping needs. If what you’re shipping is valuable do not take the chance. Please I want my package returned!!
Can I give it 0 stars? Set up my SHREE SHYAM AIR COURIER service, took my CC# and gave me an ETA only, to call me an hr later to tell me they couldn’t pick up my package because of the rain… so much for 24 hr service/delivery. Thanks for wasting my time.
Have waited almost a month for my package from shree shyam air courier that was paid in full over $3,000. Very upset with the delivery delay excuses and customer service is NO HELP!
