Scott and his crew are absolutely phenomenal. I request him and his crew every time I have a big move because their work ethic and professionalism is unparalleled! They’re always on time and get everything done plus more. They’re all great guys and I’ve always had positive experiences. Can’t recommend enough!!

Horrible customer service!!! They blatantly lie to you. The heavy set lady in her mid 40’s to 50’s is VERY unprofessional and treats the customers disrespectfully like a joke. Very upsetting! I will never go back to this post office. I’d rather drive an hour away than have to deal with her again. She was suppose to be a supervisor too.

Move went smoothly BUT…we found out too late that they did not honor their promises to repair or compensate for broken or otherwise damaged goods. After 4 months of repeated phone calls I finally gave up.
We had purchased full-value insurance for the two-stage move. MM packed everything at our old house, then moved everything into a storage facility for a year. A year later MM moved everything from the storage facility into our new house which was when we discovered several broken items and other problems. We then found out the fine-print in the insurance didn’t cover certain types of furniture that had been broken beyond repair (most broken items were covered, however, and were paid after a couple months). Two items – a grandfather clock and a treadmill – that they had disassembled and then didn’t reassemble properly are not working but they now refuse to do anything about them, saying that the fine-print in the policy relieved them of responsibility once they put the items in storage.
Most disappointing was that after many lengthy phone calls, the manager of the move-out branch of MM finally agreed to have someone from MM attempt to fix those two items then MM later reneged on that promise and refused any further remedies, pointing to their written legal obligations despite previous assurances that they had accepted responsibility. His message to me and mine to you is read the fine print.
