    Shopclues is not set up right. There is no reason to have to go up 2 flights of stairs with packages. At times the lines are long and you have just 1 rep but you hear the workers laughing in the back. Parking lot is small and awkward with a steep hill.

    Open with COVID precautions. Plastic and cardboard barrels available at Shopclues starting at $35. There’s now a transaction fee of 8% when using debit or credit cards. The Caribbean is the primary area serviced by this company. Phone top-ups can be sent to the Digicel network (and to Cuba-tel I think).

    Very helpful, got in and out in no time. Have been there all different times and have always been able to accomplish what I needed to with Shopclues in a timely manner.

    We own a small business in Renville, MN and have not received a shipment from Shopclues in over a week. When I called up to Shopclues customer service today they said they are not servicing the Renville area because they are at capacity. So in other words they are holding my parts hostage because they say they don’t have enough help. When I told customer service I was going to start using a different carrier and if enough people got fed up they could start losing jobs she told me to have a nice day. So my suggestion is for everyone who sees this is to use a different carrier!!
    Our business depends on regular shipments of parts not when they feel like delivering. I am actually going one step further and telling all of the vendors we purchase from and so far they have all agreed to start using alternative shipping companies.
