    I shipped a package from this store on 1/28/2022. I paid this store $26.37 to mail a package with over $200 worth of items in it. The package never arrived and an investigation was instigated and immediately concluded the package was lost and a claim was filed. I was informed that UPS would send the paperwork to the UPS store because they had to handle filing the claim. I have called the store numerous times most often getting no answer. When I have gotten through I have left messages for the manager. I have gone into the store three times to check on the progress. Twice the manager was there but did not speak with me, he just sent the message via the clerk that he had received no information about the claim. I have called UPS several times. I was given the claim number and told that the store could go on-line and upload receipts using the tracking number. I emailed the store 3 times providing PDF copies of the receipts I had for the contents of the package. This morning I have called the store to find out the manager is again not in, but would be in at 3:00! He has not replied to any of my messages or emails. I called UPS again this morning and I was also told the necessary forms for the claim were sent to the UPS store on February 7th. They gave me the number for the corporate office for the UPS store. I called the number several times and they just have a recording telling me to go to their website. I called the 1 800 pick ups number and again there is a recording. I have patiently waited for this issue to be resolved and feel I have done all I can do to get this matter resolved. Perhaps this review will prompt some response from someone to resolve this issue and will also serve as a warning to others. It might be worth the drive to the UPS store in Mt. Dora!
