    I tried to use the tracking number the representative gave me and it said oops the page might have been moved, I’m not understanding, why I can’t track my package

    I couldn’t imagine a better moving experience! I had a lot more to move than I anticipated and really wasn’t as prepared as I should have been. It turned into a much longer day than any of us had planned but they were both so patient and did an amazing job – they truly went above and beyond.     I paid $20 to mail my confidential documents which I was collecting for two months to send them within Toronto. I mailed them yesterday evening by express. Until now my tracking number is not showing online! I talked to everybody in Canada Post and they were helpless. The staff at the office didn’t scan my envelop. She gave it out of office. She was rude and yelled at me. What the hell is going with Canada Post?

    I’d rate 0 stars if I could. I can’t recall a single positive experience I’ve had with Purolator. What an absolute joke. No wonder Amazon is taking over the e-commerce world. Waited all morning just to get a notification that the driver couldn’t reach me. I was literally sitting by my buzzer – waiting. And no, I don’t want to provide my tracking ID just to find out that I can have my package shipped tomorrow. I wanted it today. This is not at the fault of the employees, the person I spoke to on the phone (on hold for 30 minutes) was very lovely but clearly her hands were tied. And by the looks of the other reviews, this isn’t an uncommon occurrence. The drivers are clearly overworked/overloaded and thats why they can’t be bothered to wait for someone to get the door. Purolator needs to do better. I paid $15 dollars for shipping and now I have to go pick it up myself. Why? I have more reliable deliveries from Amazon drivers which cost nothing.

    David rescued me today after the company I had scheduled for my move had an emergency and had to cancel last minute. He and staff members Blake and Kyler showed up right at the scheduled time and did a great job! I really appreciated the care they used on the items they moved. Definitely would recommend this company!
