    CUSTOMERS BEWARE If there were negative stars I would rate them with the highest negative stars possible!!!! Worst UPS store ever. I dropped off a package 3 weeks ago at this location and they lost it. Since there’s no way to speak with anyone through the UPS phone number and the website was not letting me file the claim I went back to the store so they can file a claim. The 2 representatives there at the time (June 1st 2022 at 2:20 PM) refused to do anything about the issue, kept interrupting me and having an attitude and being very rude. I’m pretty sure they provided fake names when I requested that information: claimed to be Max and Ashley but I doubt it. UPS should be ashamed of the poor customer service and horrible people they have at the front of this store. A total disgrace.

    I would give 0 if i could. I went Nov.1 to make a shipment to Lagos, Nigeria. I was told that it was two day shipping but would areive on Tuesday being that it was Thursday. Long story short my shipment didn’t arrive until Friday the 9th. As i checked with them on why it was taking so long an employee assured me that it was running behind in Lybia or something like that and that if there was a flaw on ups they would reimburse me. No one ever reached back out after that. Now they are saying nothing was guaranteed to make it on time. That was something that was not told yo me and i find that quite unfair that you pay for 2 day shipping that actually takes around a week. I was not wven aware of other shipping prices which would have made more sense had they been CLEAR that 2 day shipping meant 7 days. Waste of money and i will never ever use them again

    Third time using Hauling Assets. Every time they were professional, punctual, and efficient. No unexpected surprises and they are hard workers. Definitely recommend!!

    Worst store , always have a bad experience here. They make up whatever rules they want and treat customers horrible. No customer service skills at all. Don’t go here!
